Program Description:

Remote work isn't the future way global business will function - it's the present. With our new Virtual Accelerated Internship program, add perspective to your professional work experience working on projects for companies in Argentina, Barcelona, Ecuador, New York City, New Zealand, or South Africa - all from your home base! Working 15-30 hours across four weeks, you'll apply knowledge to real-world projects, gain hands-on experience, expand your skill base, and learn what it's like to work remotely. You'll be supported with a 1:1 career coaching session, access to weekly check-ins, and self-guided modules to help you build your professional profile - and how to position yourself to reach your career goals. Although not a substitute for a traditional on-site experience, virtual accelerated internships can serve as a valuable stepping stone to build up your skills, resume, and cross-cultural understanding as you work with colleagues from across the U.S. and potentially the globe - a great foundation for future internships on site.
