Spend a summer in the diverse and lively city of London, England, with AIFS! Study health sciences at St. George’s, the U.K.’s only university to share its campus with a major teaching hospital. The campus boasts clinical laboratories, a simulation center, dissection facilities and more. Located in the south-west London neighborhood of Tooting, the campus is ideally situated in an area recently voted as one of the top ten coolest neighborhoods in the world by Lonely Planet.

You’ll earn up to 4 credits through St. George’s, University of London, a specialist university exclusively dedicated to medical, health care and science education, training and research. 

You will live in single rooms at one of St. George’s residence halls, located within a 20-minute walk from the hospital campus in Tooting. Last year's cultural and social activities included: 
  • Black London, Rock Music, Street Art and Royal London walking tours
  • Rugby and cricket matches
  • Day trips to Stonehenge and Salisbury, Oxford, Bath, Stratford Upon Avon and Brighton
  • Day trip to the Royal Ascot horse racing
  • River boat cruise along the Thames
  • Performance at Shakespeare's Globe Theatre
  • Theater performances of Wicked, Phantom of the Opera, Les Miserables, and the Woman in Black
  • Ballet performance of Cinderella
  • Traditional afternoon tea
