Global Cuisine
Experience the sensational flavors, aromas, sights and sounds of Europe’s food scene on a journey that takes you to three of its most iconic cities: London (6 nights), Florence (6 nights), and Barcelona (6 nights)! You'll gain an understanding of the role of history, tradition and immigration in relation to global cuisines and food culture.

Sample local produce in authentic settings as you earn 3 credits awarded by Fairfield University. The Global Cuisine and Food Culture in Europe course will focus on the food culture in the three different locations of London, Barcelona and Florence. 

Go on included field trips to European food markets, food tastings, cooking classes and visits to local food and wine producers. 

Live in a student residence/tourist class hotel and receive breakfast daily - along with meals and tastings as outlined in the itinerary found on the website.
