Mente Argentina's culinary program has designed everything to facilitate the highest level gastronomic education. The school will provide you with fresh, high quality ingredients as well as all of the necessary resources for the classes. At the end of many classes you will be able to taste the dishes, often with a wine pairing. This program will not only allow you to study in the most respected cooking school in Buenos Aires, but through our cultural immersion activities, you will also have the opportunity to experience the city of Buenos Aires in an exciting and different way. Students will live in one of our first class apartments located in the two nicest neighborhoods in the city, Palermo and Recoleta. For the duration of the program, you will also have the support of the Mente Argentina staff; we are on call 24 hours a day and we will do our best to make sure your stay is comfortable and pleasant.
The Mente Argentina Chef Degree Program is taught in Spanish. However, nearly 50% of our former participants didn't know any Spanish before starting our Cooking Program. If you are in this situation or if you would like to refresh your Spanish before starting your Cooking courses, we offer an Intensive Spanish Preparation Course which takes place 1-2 months before the beginning of each semester.
